The Self-construction series represents systems that build themselves from what they have encountered. They are growing communities of rocks, agregating materials picked up on the road or stolen.
Digital collages are created like illustrations. Drawing comes first, then textures of rocks and pieces of fabric are photographed, to be introduced in the drawing to color the traced shapes.
